Update 4/14 6 PM: myturn, Sutter, Stanford (18+), Kaiser, CVS, and Walgreens have updated their site to allow everyone, regardless of previous tiers.
Update 4/13 4 PM: All 16+ in Alameda (live), Contra Costa (live/work), San Francisco (live/work), Santa Clara (live/work) are now eligible to get a vaccine! Everyone else 16+ in the state will be eligible by 4/15.

UPDATE 4/8: UCSF Children's in Oakland is vaccinating many 16-21 year olds (all current patients OR county eligible). 415-514-1196
Update 3/25: You may also get vaccinated if you take a companion to their appointment in specific zip codes, though this is not guaranteed. In the bay area, the hard-hit zip codes this would apply to are 94601, 94603, 94621, 94801, 94102, 94130, 94512, 94535, 94590, 95625.

Everyone who can travel to Stanford locations, UC Davis (appointments very limited), or other providers several hours from the bay
Priority zip codes, counties, and specific sites open to 16+ are being added everyday, so this list may not be exhaustive
BY AGE:
50+ (statewide as of 4/1)
16+ statewide starting 4/15, or now if in another qualifying category
BY OCCUPATION:
Those working or volunteering in the following industries:*
Health Care
Food/Agricultural
Emergency Services: also includes utility and social workers, among other groups
Education/Childcare: includes all school and library staff, and informal child caregivers such as nannies
Janitorial
Public Transit

*Definitions of some of of the industry category are here, though not all the categories linked are eligible yet. Some industries are more broad than you might thing. For example, health care includes family caregivers and manufacturers of medical supplies including cleaning products, among others.
BY HEALTH ISSUE:those in the highest risk category due to health
